Drive in
Enter your gate code, find your unit, and open the lock with your code.
Swap in your free lock
Replace our combination lock with the complimentary new lock.
Drop off our lock
Leave our combination lock in the dropbox. That’s it, you’re moved in.
Frequently asked questions
Can I rent online and move in right away?
Yes. Pick your unit size and fill out the short rental form online. You get your personal gate code and unit lock code, then you can come straight over and start moving in.
What are your access hours?
Gate access is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with your personal code. The office is open Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and Saturday 9am to 12pm.
Are the units climate controlled?
No. Every unit is an exterior, ground-level, drive-up unit. They’re non-climate controlled and well ventilated, which suits furniture, household goods, tools and lawn equipment.
Do you store RVs, boats or trailers?
No. We keep RVs, boats and trailers off the lot on purpose, so the drive aisles stay clear for everyone loading and unloading.
How do I pay my bill?
Pay online anytime through our secure renter portal, or call the office.
Do I need my own lock?
No. Every new rental gets a free disc lock. On move-in day you swap our combination lock for your new one and drop ours in the dropbox.
